3. How can I change my account email id?

For security reasons, you cannot change your email address from the website. But you can
always create a new account and manage your passwords.

4. Can I save my address in the records of Sharan Elecmech?

As a registered user of Sharan Elecmech, you can create your own address book and can save it in our records so the next time, you place an order, you can select the address you want without having to enter it again.

1.How can I shop at Sharan Elecmech’s website?

Sharan Elecmech has made shopping easy and at your doorsteps.

  • To shop online on the website, you can search for the item you want to purchase on the search button and add the item to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Once you have all items selected and added to your cart, click on the “My Cart” button and click on “Proceed to Buy”
  • Enter your address and fill in all mandatory details regarding the delivery and click on the “Confirm Order” button
  • Choose a suitable payment option from a Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, or UPI Payment and click on the “Pay now” button.
  • Once the order has been placed, you will receive all the necessary details regarding the order on your email and SMS. You will also be able to view the same on the website in the “My Account” column.

2.Can I place multiple orders at once?

Yes! You can place multiple orders by using the same steps and adding multiple items to your cart.

3.Why can’t I get my order shipped to my location?

It is our goal and dream to be able to ship our products all across the country. We are still in the process of expanding our warehouses and delivery systems. Your pin code may not be in the locations where our delivery support systems can reach. Another reason could be that our nearest distribution center may have run out of stock for the product you wish to order.

4.Will I receive an invoice or confirmation details for the order I place?

After placing an order following the essential steps, you will receive a confirmation on your email and SMS and also, the same can be viewed on our website in your account details.

Shipment

1. When will I receive my order?

After placing an order, you can expect us to ship the items within the next 10 working days.

2. How will I get the delivery done?

You will receive the delivery by our delivery partners in the courier service. They will follow all delivery standards keeping your comfort at our top priority.

3. How can I track my order and its delivery?

To track your order delivery and shipment details, you can log in our website and go to MY Account and the My Orders, where you will have step by step shipment track of your order at your fingertips.

4. Will my order be delivered at the Billing Address or the Shipping Address?

We dispatch and ship orders on the shipping address which customers provide while placing the order.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policies

What if I am not happy with the order I received or if I want to exchange, return or cancel my order?

We understand you and we care about you. If you do not like the items purchased or wish to cancel the items home delivered to you, you can do so by applying for the same on the website. Any cancellation request will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery of the order.
In case of damage and loss of product parts by the customer, any return, cancellation, or exchange requests will not be accepted.

Once the order is returned or canceled, our customer support experts will verify your order details and the order will be picked up by our delivery partners. Once the order is picked up, we will process your refund amount within the next 5 days by initiating an NEFT transaction.
When you receive the NEFT details for your refund, you can expect the amount to credit to your bank account within the next 5 working days.

3. When will be the order be picked once I have placed a return or cancel the request?

We arrange for a pickup with our delivery partners within the next 5 days of your cancel requests for the item.
